What you submit

Project requests may include your name, contact details, project name, selected services, scope and supporting documents. Submit only information needed to assess the work and documents you are authorised to share.

How it is used

The submission is used to review your request, contact you, prepare a scope and quotation, and manage agreed engineering work. Initial upload does not constitute scope approval, a payment request or an engineering approval.

Files and access

Project files and records are stored using Cloudflare services. Private project access requires owner authentication. Uploaded files are held for security review before release. File-type validation and quarantine are not a guarantee that a file is free of malicious content.

Retention and requests

Retention requirements should be agreed as part of the project scope. To request access, correction or deletion, contact thesparkmep@gmail.com and quote your project reference. Do not send passwords or access keys. The team will confirm identity, applicable project obligations and the action taken.

بيانات المشروع والخصوصية

تُستخدم بيانات التواصل والنطاق والملفات لمراجعة طلبك وإعداد العرض وإدارة الأعمال المتفق عليها. رفع الملف لا يعني اعتماد النطاق أو دفع مقابل أو اعتماد هندسي. أرسل المستندات المصرّح لك بمشاركتها فقط.

تُحفظ الملفات والسجلات باستخدام خدمات Cloudflare، ويُقيّد الوصول الخاص بالمصادقة. الملفات المرفوعة تنتظر المراجعة الأمنية؛ فحص النوع والعزل لا يضمنان خلوها من البرمجيات الضارة. تُحدد متطلبات الاحتفاظ ضمن نطاق المشروع. لطلب الاطلاع أو التصحيح أو الحذف، تواصل عبر البريد أعلاه مع ذكر رقم المشروع، دون إرسال كلمات مرور أو مفاتيح دخول.
